We were pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful provision of free toiletries and kitchen utensils, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The heating system kept us warm and toasty during the chilly nights, and the availability of ironing facilities was a convenient touch that added to the overall exceptional experience.
